Can filler or grafting bring down and even out my nostrils? (photos)

Hi there! One week is definitely very early in the process. The position of the nostril can change quite a bit over time. I wouldn't recommend filler as it likely won't be powerful enough. I often have patients perform downward compression to encourage the nostril to a new position. Grafting can be performed from the ear or with cartilage if needed after the 8-12 month mark post surgery. Time at this point is what's most important and voicing your concerns with your surgeon.
