Can filler or grafting bring down and even out my nostrils? (photos)

Yes it's early I am one week post op from rhinoplasty but my one nostril is so high I am very doubtful it will improve or drop very much. I am horrified at how much the inside of my nose is exposed especially on the one side. What, if anything can help bring the flare down from looking like a bat or pig-like?

Hi there! One week is definitely very early in the process. The position of the nostril can change quite a bit over time. I wouldn't recommend filler as it likely won't be powerful enough. I often have patients perform downward compression to encourage the nostril to a new position. Grafting can be performed from the ear or with cartilage if needed after the 8-12 month mark post surgery. Time at this point is what's most important and voicing your concerns with your surgeon.
