Over-rotated nose tip, 9 months post-op rhinoplasty - Do I need a revision? (photos)

I had my rhinoplasty 9 months ago. The swelling seems to be mostly gone, although my nose tip still feels very hard. My main concern is how high it is. Do I need revision rhinoplasty?

Good Morning! Yes, you can do things to improve the profile, especially the hump. An open or closed approach would work. I prefer open as I can be more precise. Options to re-create a hump would be adding grafting material such as cartilage or fascia on top of the bridge to augment it. I would...
