In need of a secondary rhinoplasty: are there alternatives to rib harvesting?

Im needing a secondary rhinoplasty, most probably with rib harvest. I would wanna know iftheres any good and secure alternative. And if in the future will be any advance in the development of bioprinted nasal cartilage
