Will I need another revision after previous revision for bottoming out? (Photos)

Im currently about 3 1/2 months post op from a breast implant revision surgery to fix bottoming out on both sides. I see early signs of bottoming out on the left. I've had severe pain on the out side of the left breast for over a month I had a suture come out in the crease of the right breast and left skin tethering. After massage I felt something roll and now am left with pain in that area as well. What could cause the pain on each side and will I need a revision on both breasts?
