I am 41 with loose skin on my neck with vertical lines and jowls from rapid weight loss. Saw a dr. Regarding facetite. He said it would not get rid of the vertical lines. Went to my plastic surgeon who recommended a neck lift for $8k. Are the vertical lines caused by my neck muscles or is it just the way my loose skin hangs? If I have the facetite procedure done and the loose skin shrinks will the vertical lines be more noticeable? I’ve read conflicting info online regarding RF fixing platysmal bands.
