5 weeks ago I had a Short Scar facelift, neck lipo and lift, fat transfer on face and upper and lower blepharoplasty by a board certified PS with over 40 years experience. I have developed a spongy area under my chin where the skin is stuck, and a vertical band that seems to be tethering my neck down. My PS said time and massage will fix both issues, not to worry. Any insight as to if this will simply go away with time or is there more to this would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
