Based on your photos, if you are in good health, you appear to be a great candidate for lipo and a BBL.With a BBL, the goal is to transfer fat from areas where you find it displeasing to areas in which you would like more volume. You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with the liposuction. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred; but, if those sites are not available, fat from the sides, back, love handles, or other locations can be transferred to your buttocks and hips. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same.
Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards
Thanks for your question. You are a good candidate for a traditional brazilian butt lift procedure. When planning a Brazilian butt lift, patients can look forward to a double benefit: reducing areas of unwanted fat while gaining a perkier, rounded posterior. Each procedure must be planned according to the individual needs of patients, harvesting fat from target areas of the torso, thighs or knees and transferring it to create smooth, attractive contours optimized for each person. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
Dear mxsha,Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello and thank you for your question and sharing your photos. Based on these photos, you would be a good candidate for traditional Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), which typically includes a 360 liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, thighs, arms, etc and fat grafting for gluteal augmentation. Liposuction of the flanks will narrow down the waist for an hourglass appearance and adding volume to buttocks in combination with liposuction of the lower back is intended at creating a natural curvy look. I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Best,Pejman Aflaki, M.D. Johns Hopkins-trained double board-certified plastic surgeon
From your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for a traditional BBL. AirSculpt is just a name that a specific doctor came up with. It is common in the offices that perform this awake named technique ("AirSculpt), the doctors are not board certified plastic surgeons. The doctor who came up with this is a general surgeon. When you are not a plastic surgeon, you have to do these surgeries awake as it is difficult to get privileges in a surgery center or hospital operating room to do procedures you are not trained or certified to do. Many doctors desire to do plastic surgery procedures but do not want to put in the years of training that it takes to be certified, so they come up with ways to perform them in their office to get around this limitation.
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Hi and welcome to our forum!Liposuction involves removal of fat through small pipes(cannulas) placed under the skin under extreme vacuum after pretreatmentwith an infusion of solution containing a blood vessel constrictor (toprevent bleeding) and an anesthetic (if performed awake). Augmented liposuctionutilizes laser energy or ultrasonic energy to semiliquify the fat, making iteasier to remove and adds a subtle skin tightening effect..In general, the experience of the surgeon is more important thanthe type of instrument utilized. From your photos, you appear to be an excellent candidate.I recommend you visit a plastic surgeon with considerableliposuction experience and allow him / her to use the instrument with whichhe / she feels most comfortable.Bestwishes...
Hello, at 21 years, by your height and weight, you are a candidate for traditional BBL to change your body contour and get the shape you want in waist, tummy, and buttocks. You can have amazing results. It's necessary to have an exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can advise you after an in-person examination. Good luck!
there are two variables that determine the outcomes from this procedure. They are the candidacy of the patient and who does the procedure. Just like McDonald's has a name for their hamburgers like a quarter pounder or a big Mac so do some providers or liposuction companies. In the case of elite body sculpture their name for liposuction is air sculpt. Liposuction has a technique and equipment has changed a little over the last 30 years. It is still a thin stainless steel tube connected to a vacuum pump. Trademarked names add nothing to the procedure. The brand of equipment adds little to nothing to the procedure. Who does the procedure is day and night in regards to outcomes. People who are not good candidates will never have a great outcome no matter who does the procedure. And inexperienced or untalented provider will never have consistent great results. From your pictures you are the quintessential perfect candidate for this procedure. What elite body sculpture offers as a general statement is providers who have experience. It's no guarantee since they like other corporate outfits have people come and go. If you're lucky enough to find a provider who is been with the company for a long time and has extensive experience with a track record of delivering great results then your results have a very high probability of being excellent. The same could be said for any individual plastic surgeon in private practice. It's also true that you could end up in the hands of someone with less experience who may be on their way out. A corporate clinic like Elite body sculpture does not ensure everyone gets great treatments because the company's reputation does not equate to an individual providers great reputation. I personally believe elite to be a reputable company and feel good working for them and encouraging patients to use them. I'm an advocate of awake procedures avoiding general anesthesia. In the end it's the provider that makes the difference not the brand name and certainly not the name of the company. It's all about the individual providers skill, experience and commitment. I encourage all people that multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeon's. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
Typically for someone your size it would not be expected that you would lose much blood during the procedure. So from a blood loss perspective a cell saver would probably not be necessary at all. Best of Luck Dr Harrell
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. It depends on the location of the nerve. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)
