Although you will experience further growth and an increase in density over the next several months, it does appear that you are having good results in terms of regrowth from an FUE procedure at this time. It is difficult to assess from the photos but the results of a transplant are highly dependent on the quality of your hair (whether you have naturally thick or fine hair) and the distribution of grafts in the recipient area. That is, if many grafts were placed over a large area your density over a larger area will be sacrificed. It is important that proper expectations were placed before your procedure in terms of the density that one can expect to have from a hair transplant.
It can take six to twelve month after a hair transplant surgery to see results. So at seven months, it may be too early to judge.
It's hard to say based on just a picture but at 7.5 months your hair likely has significant growth still left to do. I would wait until 12 months before worrying, as that is when most doctors consider the hair to be fully grown. After hair transplant usually the hair shaft falls off and the follicles remain under the scalp. The new hair grows in gradually after three to four months and will continue to grow for up to 18 months after the surgery. At seven months you should expect about fifty percent growth.
If you had a bad hair transplant result, electrolysis may not be the best way to fix it. See a doctor for an examination first.
At four months your transplants are essentially just as strong and resistant to damage as your normal hairs. Nothing you do at this point could really do significant damage to your them, barring severe trauma. But there are a variety of other reasons that I recommend against any sort...
In FUE, the donor area could be harvested again now, if you where planning to have grafts implanted in another area of scalp. But, as you want more density in the area previously operated, you should wait until the final result: 10 to 12 months. It's too early to evaluate. Don't think only in...
