Necrosis after FUE. Any suggestions? (photos)

Skin necrosis is a bad complication from a hair transplant surgery. You need to see your doctor and have close follow up.  After it has healed there will be a scar and area with no hair growth.

I assume you had a hair transplant in one of the technician clinics in Turkey.Skin necrosis at the recipient area is a very rare complication that may be a sign that there was a technical problem.Technician clinics in Turkey seem to be an attractive option for a very cheap hair transplant.However, being operated by unlicensed technicians instead of a skilled surgeon comes with its risks.Skin necrosis at the recipient area will most probably heal on its own without needing any sort of intervention.However you should expect some scarring and an area without hair growing that may need future restoration.

Your doctor advise is right. It will take some time to heal, but this black area will heal and there will be a scar tissue in this area without hair, but the final scar will be smaller in diameter than you can si now, because all scars present a contraction mechanism during healing process. After some months, if it bothers you, you can have hair transplanted into the scar area. Don't panic and keep in touch with your doctor about the care that you may have until complete healing.
