Could a seat belt during a car accident have caused my reconstructed breast implant to move out of pocket behind the chest wall?

Tonyiamcd
Was hit from behind and noticed a few days later a decrease in the size of the breast. Assumed the silicone had leaked. After surgery was informed that the implant was in tact but had moved out of the pocket behind the chest wall. I decided to undergo a diep flap but I want to know if the accident caused the implant to move or was this a coincidence. I experienced no pain because I have no feeling in the breast after the macectomy
