You cannot have both implants inserted at the same time, as it is recommended that when getting buttocks implants you should sleep on your belly, which would strain the breasts implants and possibly move them out of the position your surgeon intended for them. As for the contrary, lying on your butt would do the same, either way you can ruin one surgery to save the other. For breast implants, the cost is US$4500 with a one week stay included with your three meals. Buttocks implants are a little more expensive, and you should stay for at least 15 days, which goes up to US$6,000 with the stay and meals included.
