The deformity you demonstrate will not prevent you from getting I koans.  However, the asymmetry will likely only be partially corrected.

I think you're an excellent candidate for breast augmentation. I think you're exaggerating the magnitude of your chest wall deformity but the breast implants will camouflaged to some extent.

Thank you for the question and pictures. Based on your photographs, I see no reason why you will not end up with a great outcome with breast augmentation surgery. Generally speaking, patients with pectus carinatum, present with a relatively prominent sternum and a somewhat laterally inclined chest wall. A well executed breast augmentation procedure may help to camouflage the patient's concerns surrounding  pectus excavatum or pectus carinatum for patients.  In your case, care must be taken during the dissection of the breast implant pockets to avoid movement of the breast implants to the sides.
