Im looking to get a BBL for more progression and more of a snatched waist. One thing I do not want is a "shelf" booty. I see a lot of people getting 500cc injected but I'm not sure what exactly I would need to look like my want pic. I would say I have some what of a booty already. What body shape would I fall in. I'm really wanting a nice hourglass shape. Would 500cc be too much? I don't want it to stick out ridiculous just more progression natural look
Answer: Plans for future BBL - what shape am I? hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..Based on your photo shown and your question, I see that you are a good candidate for full back liposuction and bbl, but with this photo I can not evaluate your belly, my recommendation is that you be evaluated in person by a certified plastic surgeon who sees and evaluates you what techniques and procedures you would apply.

Answer: BBL Hello and thank you for your question!Based on your photos and expressed desires I think you would be a good candidate for a BBL. A BBL is not only about how much fat is added to the buttock but also the contouring and framing the buttock with liposuction of other areas. I would recommend setting up an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon that specializes in this procedure.Good luck!

Answer: BBL Candidate Patients interested in BBL often ask questions of the necessary volume for transfer. Ultimately, the answer is two pronged and based upon both patient expectations and the nature of fat graft themselves. BBL and fat transfer is ultimately dependent upon the long term viability of the fat grafted. That being said the resorption rates of fat transferred can be significant. Clinically this translates to a progressive loss of grafted volume in the months following the procedure. I tell patients that they can expect resorption or graft loss on the order of 50% (at most; prepare for the worst and hope for significantly better). Additionally some harvest volume is lost in processing the fat graft prior to transfer. Thus I generally recommend that patients seeking even the most minimal volume increase have adequate reserves for grafting of 500 cc per cheek (at minimum). This means that harvest will usually exceed 1 liter (assuming for processing loss). However, it important to remember that these are recommendations and can be amended based upon a patient's particular expectations. Some patients only want a subtle change and may be willing to accept a less significant result. But the rule still applies you have to have the fat to transfer the fat.Based on your photos, you are a very good candidate. You have adequate reserves for a sizable augmentation. However, because you already have a favorable frame (A-frame), the majority of your benefits will stem not from the fat transfer but rather from the contouring affects of harvest (primarily from zones 1-4- V zone, upper buttock, lower back and flank). As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

Answer: Candidate for a BBL Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you are a good candidate for a BBL. The liposuction anterior and posterior trunk will provide the hourglass shape. The amount of fat transferred to the buttock depends on the patients goals and desires. 500cc is a modest amount of tranfer. An experienced surgeon can provide a nice transition, as per the patients desires, and not create the shelf look. As always, I recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. I hope this helps! S. A. Earle, MD, FACS

Answer: Plans for future BBL - what shape am I? Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for a liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your abdomen, waist, back and of course your buttock to give you a beautiful heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)
