Thank you for your question, in your case judging by the pictures , you are a good candidate for a breast lift with implants + a TT. In general we don't have to remove breast tissue to accommodate the implants , and unfortunately the TT will not help with the laxity of the thighs. In your case the surgeon have to be careful with the thigh lipo, because the flaccidity may worsen.

It's always better to use a wireless bra at 5 weeks post op, but if you go braless for 6 or more hours the day of the marriage it will not cause any problems at all.
