Until 4 months ago, I never had issues with my breasts, they were large enough and incredibly perky. However, I gained 15 pounds 7 months ago and have been losing weight for about 3 months. My boobs have sunk down an inch. I'm not allowed to get surgery, but if I can find another way to lift my boobs my mom would be willing to pay for it. If there is anything (I have been reading about skin tightening procedures) that could benefit me, even just a few centimeters, I really need advice on it.
Answer: Breast Lift Hi JV,I am sorry you are having problems. It probably is the weight loss, which is a good thing overall, but can be tough on perkiness. I would wear a good support bra, 24X7, even at night. Get down to your fighting weight, and stay on an exercise program that includes some weight training for your pecs. Give it some time also, as you may mature more. The radiofrequency treatments to tighten breast skin have variable results. All the best, Dr. Joe

Answer: Non surgical breast lifts do not exist ..... yet. Sorry, but without photos, this question is almost impossible to answer appropriately. My gut feeling is that surgery is not required. I doubt this will continue to change as rapidly as it has with your weight loss. I would need more information to make a more meaningful comment here.

Answer: Breast lift shaping options Thank you for the question. Providing some photos may be helpful. There are not many non-surgical options for shaping or lifting the breasts. I would be cautious on spending money on skin tightening treatments for the breasts since they will not work and may even thin out your breast skin and tissue more. Depending on the shape and appearance of your breasts one option may be to liposuction some of the fat in the lower half of your breasts and inject it into the upper half of the breasts. It is surgery but essentially without a scar. You will also have to remember that your breasts will continue to change shape to some degree as you continue to mature. All the best,Dr. Remus Repta

Answer: Gravity The larger the breast, the more pull and stretch to the supporting tissues and skin. Many skin tightening options exist, but they won't change 1-2cms on a heavy breast.Wear support.
