how much would it cost to have this done? I have asymetrical ears my left is sticking out and does not have the same shape as my right ear very noticeable when compare the two im very comfortable how my right ear looks i just would like my left to be symetrical to my right ear. My questions is what could be the average price to have one ear pinned back and shape to look like the other.

Answer: Ear Asymmetry Without photos it is impossible to say if it can be done and how much it might cost. Ear deformities come in a wide range of complexity and some are even multistage surgeries. The simplest can be done under local anesthesia. Because of this, the cost will also vary widely. For a straightforward common mild/moderate prominent ear on ONLY one side under local anesthesia, the total cost in my office would be in the $2000 - $2500 range.

Answer: Otoplasty costs Otoplasty takes about one hour to perform. There are three costs involved - a surgeon fee, a OR fee, and an anesthesia fee. The price will depend on these variables and can range depending on surgeon reputation, the center in which the procedure is performed, and geography. Best of luck!
