Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you appear to be a good full body intense liposuction including abdomen, waist, laterals and upper and lower back to improve your body contour and get better curves, especially in your waist area and Dominican Butt lift taking the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection.Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
It is very hard to see exact shape and position of your hips and buttocks from perspective shown on your photo. However, considering how tight your skin looks, it is unlikely that you would benefit from thru lifting (removing skin in upper part of buttock and pulling middle and lower buttocks into upper position). Very likely selective liposuction and fat grafting (BBL) would create more improvement. In person evaluation is recommended. Good luck.
Dear Bonniemoore414,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thanks for your question. You appear to be a good candidate for a brazilian butt lift. When planning a Brazilian butt lift, patients can look forward to a double benefit: reducing areas of unwanted fat while gaining a perkier, rounded posterior. Each procedure must be planned according to the individual needs of patients, harvesting fat from target areas of the torso, thighs or knees and transferring it to create smooth, attractive contours optimized for each person. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with moderate BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
From looking at your photo, I would not recommend a thong lift. Your deficiencies appear to be superior and lateral. You have strong hip dips and no volume in the superior portion of your buttocks. You would be a great candidate for a BBL!
Hi. All you are describing can be achieve by Liposculpture and Countouring of your buttocks, and a fat transfer to reshape and provide them a beautiful shape. 25 years experienceMember of the American Society of Plastic SurgeonsMember of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thank you for your question and pictures. I believe you are a good candidate for a BBL but I do not recommend a thing lift for you. A thong lift is beneficial to I correct loose and squared effects of the middle/bottom part of the buttocks. Yours appears to be in good shape and would likely round out nicely with a BBL.
Thank you for the question and the photos. I would NOT recommend a thong lift. It is used to remove excess skin. It will typically flatten the butt which is NOT what most patients want. I would agree that a BBL is an excellent option for you. Have the 360 liposuction with fat transfer to the buttock dome. Adding fat to the butt will fill the sagging and give you a rounder fuller shape. You can opt to not have fat added to the hips during your surgery. For examples, please see my instagram feed: @bennettyangmdYou should be healthy and non smoking before any surgery. BBL takes about 2-3 hours under full anesthesia and it will be 1-2 months before you can exercise. Remember that some of the fat (25-30% on average ) will not last so your final result tends to be a bit smaller than what it looks like initially. Best to you.
High definition liposuction body scale has been developed to address patients like yourself who are interested in comprehensive approach to buttocks contouring. Sometimes this requires a thong lift as well as a BBL to correct. Based on your pictures, you are also an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. A Skype or Facetime consultation with a BBL specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing.Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACSRealself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
This far out the pigmentation changes are not to bruising. This is most likely hemosiderin deposits which can be the remnant of previous bruising. The iron in red blood cells can stain tissues if the iron is changed to hemosiderin. Bruising typically resolves within the first 2 to 5 weeks. I...
Yes, technically trauma to an area can cause fat cells to die or the soft tissue to atrophy. I am not sure hitting your buttocks on the washing machine is enough trauma to do so. Definitely talk to your PS.
