There is bruising on my butt 10 months after surgery. Can it be related to fat necrosis? What could be causing this? (photos)

There isn’t really any pain but the dimpling and the appearance of bruising seem to be getting worse. What could the underlying causes be? What sort of doctor should I seek out? Can anyone refer me to one in nyc?
