What is the best product to use to help skin heal after microneedling ?

I recommend that patients use a product with a high concentration of growth factors to help heal skin after a microneedling procedure.  The one I recommend is TAC Facial Serum by Omni.

Thank you for your question. Good moisturization with a lipid based serum with growth factors can yield meticulous results. A light crème moisturizer can also help. Wear a sunblock and don't pick at the scabs if you got some.Best wishes.

Immediately after Skin Micro Needling Rejuvenation procedure the skin will be red, resembling moderate sunburn, and as the skin naturally heals the redness will resolve, although it is usual for it to subside within two days and many people are able to return to their normal activities the same or next day. It is recommended that the use of facial cleanser on the treated skin area is restricted until the redness subsides and where possible warm / tepid water is used for cleansing. Skin may peel or flake. DO NOT PICK OR PULL THE SKIN as this could lead to permanent scarring. Mineral Make-up may be used when the skin is completely healed (wait 48 hours post procedure). Using makeup on broken skin poses a certain risk of hyperpigmentation as a result of infiltration of makeup into the open tissue, as well as the risk of potential bacterial infection and inflammation in the treatment area.It is recommended to use the home-use Dermaroller alongside daily application of topical vitamin C and A serums for the acceleration of regenerative processes and consolidation of procedure results in-between treatments, but only after the skin has recovered from the medical Skin Micro Needling procedure.Strong sunlight should be avoided and that we advise the use of a reputable sun block SPF 30 or protection from the sunshine of the treated area before and after the treatment, re-applied throughout the day. Thank you for your message! We definitely recommend moisturizing after the microneedling treatment using something very gentle. Ideally we recommend a combination of a TNS collagen building serum and HA5 (hyaluronic acid) through SkinMedica or even simple Cerave/Cetaphil/Eucerin over the counter! You should not peel the skin off of your face if you are peeling/flaking. Let is come off as you are washing your face and moisturizing.

In regards to WHICH particular products to use after your procedure - here are a couple of key recommendations: (please note that everyone's skin requires individual examination with personalized recommendations, as not all patients can use all products.) 
Yes, it is best to keep your skin moisturized during your recovery - it is a myth that skin heals best if you "let it air out."  I recommend a NON-OCCLUSIVE moisture barrier to the skin after microneedling, as occlusive topicals (like Aquaphor) can cause congestion in the skin and milia.  
A product with growth factors and/or peptides will supply the skin with essential building blocks to enable the skin to repair itself - TNS Recovery Serum by Skin Medica is a favorite of mine.  
Additionally, we want to replenish the moisture in the skin and inhibit further moisture loss by apply a barrier to the skin - Biocream by Neocutis is a wonderfully gentle yet restorative product that works tremendously well here. 
I also like my patients to leave the office ready to confidently face the world - even immediately after a corrective procedure like microneedling which is why I also utilize Oxygenetix to immediately soothe any discomfort & color correct any redness that may be present right after the procedure.
