Microneedling + Time Between Q&A

I am doing microneedling 2 weeks before my rhinoplasty as it has been recommended for healing and thick skin. But when is best to get back to microneedling sessions after surgery? Online A.I. recommends starting as 6 weeks post op as it can be much more effective. I of course will ask my surgeon this question too but would love to hear multiple opinions on this! Thanks!

Ive been told that at 0.5mm, its would be alright. But Ive read that every 28 days is better. Ive doing it to thicken the undereye for my dark circles due to structural (thin skin and low fat)

Like around 4-6 weeks post op. Curious if the needles and/or mild swelling would compromise anything in regards to the healing and micro-structural changes that are still happening underneath the skins surface from a mini lift. Or if it would even possibly be helpful and improve the results.

Hi, I recently purchased an at home micro needling kit and it has .5 mm needles. I also use .05 tretinoin at home every night. How long should I wait to use the tretinoin after the micro needling? Also should I skip the tretinoin the night before I micro needle? I wasn't sure if the rules were different since the needles are so small. Thank you!

Does prp speed up the healing ? some derm office websites say 2-4 weeks, is this a typical period to get it done ? are there any benefits to getting it done every 2 weeks ?

I am 40yrs old, I have had 2 microneedling (pen) sessions, 6 weeks apart for tackling fine lines, collagen production, general colour/texture and a scar (not acne). My health care professional can't book me in again for 8 weeks. Is that too long to wait for it to be optimally effective? Should I bother with 3rd session?
