I had a small mole removed 10 years ago and was left with a slight raised scar. I considered microneedling but I visited a dermatologist today and she mentioned the mole had come back? Unfortunately she didnt listen to all of story about how I was left with a raised scar afterwards. Two months ago I got Eribum laser on my scar. It left this but if a dark shadow. I am a bit upset and regretting doing the treatment. I talked to another doctor and they suggested micro needling. I've had keratosis pilaris on my upper arm since childhood. As keratosis pilaris went away with time, they left covered the arm with flat and very hyperpigmeted scars. Would microneedling work in treating keratosis pilaris scars?

Microneedling on a 1 year old atrophic scar. Morning everyone 1 year ago i was on a ladder, fell, and the ladder hit my forehead. I ended up in emergency with some glue on it. Today my scar looks way better but still looks a little depressed with a thin white line in its middle. I have been performing microneedling treatments at home, every 6 weeks or more. I bet i have done 3 or 4 treatments till now, on it, since i was waiting a full year to finally heal. My question is, can i get rid of the depression using a 2mm needle depth?. Thanks
