Hi there! Rhinoplasty is a great way to establish better harmony and proportions within the face. With a strong chin as in your case, it will be important to not create too small of a nose which may draw more attention to the chin. Increasing the rotation and projection (how far the nose sticks out from the face) may be good options to improve your nose's appearance. Rhinoplasty - depending on the approach - can be considered invasive. It is a procedure which most often requires general anesthesia. It's critical to know that results aren't instantaneous. The nose will continue to refine over many months with final results appearing around 12 months. Hi the most obvious things that can be seen with your nose are wide nostrils and a hanging columella both of which contribute to “nostril show” . To correct these things will require a rhinoplasty under general anaesthetic. As such it would be invasive. There isn’t an easy fix. It won’t effect any if your other facial features but will improve the aesthetic balance of your face as we are always seen as a whole as opposed to our individual features
