Will fixing my nose (making it shorter and shaping the nostrils) fix the way my face looks? (photos)

Hi! I am wondering if fixing my nose (making it shorter and shaping the nosetrils) can fix the way my face looks like? Also, how invasive would my case be? I don’t like my nose but at the same time I don’t know if it can make much of a difference without fixing lithe parts of the face. My chin is also very sharp and I have double chin so I am not sure if it can fix the profile.
