I am six months out from primary septorhinoplasty. Surgeon confirmed she used spreader grafts and upon examining nose, she believes the long-lasting dissolvable sutures are poking through the bridge of my nose. I’m trying to find additional opinions on whether this is possible/normal for a Caucasian thin woman with thin skin. Should I get a second opinion? Worried that the skin into which the “sutures” are poking could become damaged from being stretched and prodded.
