9 months after open rhinoplasty, my nose still looks dauntingly strange. I asked for an upturned slightly more sculpted nose which does show from the side but it does droop at the slightest smile and my nostrils are a lot more exposed than before(from the front and side). I had a steroid injection around month 7 for the swelling. I am deeply saddeded but wonder if what Im seeing is right and if the result look as bad as I think?
