Question

I went in for a consult and i was told id need about 3 1/2 syringes of filler to my lower face and it would last 6 to 12 month. I really dont want to get filler twice a year. I know im young but my face looks much older. I constantly am looking at my friends face and they are all older and show no lines. Ive heard about a smas facelift and am wondering it thats an option. Or a cheek lift, brow lift, and my eyes.??? Im really wanting something more permanent like a face lift

You never mention your age but based on the photos provided you are not ready for a facelift. An upper bleph and browlift could open the eyes. Improving the texture of the skin though lasers (co2), Morpheus, and a great skin care regimen with quality ingredients can help smooth and even out the skin helping to given a younger appearance. "Baby Botox" would help smooth out the forehead lines as well. Research an surgeon before moving forward with any procedures. Best of luck.

Facelift versus nonsurgical options thank you for your question and sharing your photographs.

One of the aesthetic differences between the facelift and volume augmentations with filler or fat transfer is related to the shape of the lower face and the effective surface area of the lower face.

Facelift surgery tends to create more of a V shape contour of the lower face and typically makes the eyes appear slightly bigger by comparison.

My advice is to have a look in the mirror when you lie down completely flat with no below. If you feel that this is the outcome you would like to achieve, a deep plane short scar facelift is likely to deliver.

Another difference between the appearance of the face with filler versus facelift is related to the mobility of the tissues when leaning forward. Facelift surgery and stabilises the tissues, volume augmentation procedures do not.

You would recommend starting with micro-needling with radiofrequency, Secret, to help texturing and tightening your skin.  This is something that can be done yearly to help deal with the aging process. Surgery will not stop aging.

The goal of a lower face and neck lift is to tighten loose facial and neck skin, tighten loose facial and neck muscles, removing fat deposits in the neck, and lifting the jowls.
