Dear Doctors Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. I am considering a SMAS lower facelift, SMAS lip augmentation, and eye blepharoplasty. I have a dx of vitiligo with hyopigmentation around the bottom lips and mouth, which is barely noticeable except upon examination and 2 noticeable hypopigmentation areas on my shoulders. I'm age 50. 1) Has anyone had experience with the procedures I am considering with a patient with vitiligo? 2) Has the vitiligo worsened or spread?
