Hello. I got 650 cc silicone gel implants placed under my muscle through an inframammary incision back in August. I was cleared by my PS to resume all physical activity but wanted to know if it is too risky to be doing upper body workouts for my arms and chest. I would like to try pole fitness which requires me to pull my own body weight but don’t want to cause displacement or rip the pocket. How likely of a scenario would I be in to do these kind of workouts 5 months after surgery?
