can you do ultherapy for under eye fat pad shifting/gravity changes?

Currently, the best option for undereye fat pad extrusion is surgical removal of the fat pad, a procedure called blepharoplasty. In the next 5 years, new treatment cream called Topokine will become FDA-approved as an in-office procedure to shrink undereye fat pads. 

Hi and thank you for your question! Without a picture, its hard to advise in detail. However, from the description, it sounds like filler will be the most effective treatment for this issue. Ultherapy is more for lifting tissue and not to correct volume loss.
