can you do ultherapy for under eye fat pad shifting/gravity changes? I have noticed a fat pad under each of my eye starting to travel downward and I can see a bit of puffiness on the cheekbone area. I also see a bit of a hollow line below it separating my upper cheek from my mid cheek. Can this depressed line/ area be filled with filler?

Vitiligo can Koebnerize, that means any trauma can make it spread.  I would say that it is unknown whether Ultherapy could have this effect, and that it would be safest not to have the procedure.

This scar can be improved with lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision and fillers. I recommend getting a formal consultation with a scarring expert.  you may need this surgically removed -- punch excision.  Best, Dr. Emer
