Dear patient, I believe that Botox treatment before Ultherapy can in fact aid in improving the final outcome of Ultherapy. I often perform an aggressive Ultherapy on the forehead and around the eyes followed by either Mixto fractional Co2 resurfacing or a small amount of filler in the eyebrow or temple areas. Our temples become hollow as we age. we can cause a noticeable and sustained elevation by replacing the volume in the temple and right above the eyebrow.
While Ultherapy combined with Botox is very effective for skin tightening and lifting, it will not yield surgical results. It is a great option to try before seeking surgical options or to prolong your need for surgery. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a Board Certified Physician to discuss the best treatment options for you.
Our center has performed countless procedures of ulthera on the brow and else on the face and body. As a Platinum-level center, we frequently combine ulthera of the brows with botox of the brows to enhance the result. We have enjoyed a great deal of success with this combination treatment.Best of luck!
nothing non surgical competes with a surgical approach for eyebrow lifting. However, fillers combined with, lasers, ultherapy/thermage, and botox all can help lift the brows non surgically. Best, Dr. Emer.
Surgical results, such as a surgical brow lift, will always carry more dramatic results than a nonsurgical brow lift, such as Ultherapy®, regardless of whether or when you have had Botox® Cosmetic treatment in the area.
