Is it any risk for a client with Vitiligo to have Ultherapy on face where some Vitiligo spots are?

Vitiligo can Koebnerize, that means any trauma can make it spread.  I would say that it is unknown whether Ultherapy could have this effect, and that it would be safest not to have the procedure.
