I am planning to have an areola reduction and nipple reduction but just worried about the results (Photo)

Question

I had darker areola & dark nipples and was trilling to make it lighter then had color tattoo. However the result make it even darker and the skin get damaged , Looks wired ,and more wrinkled. I am trying to do areola reduction and nipple reduction to cut away the skin being tottoed and damaged , and I want it nipple base incision . Is that a good idea to do it? Will I get the result I want ?Any concern, thank you

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  I would recommend first pursing a reduction in the width and projection of your nipple to help achieve an improved balance to your areola.  Though I understand your tattoo mishap, you do not have a substantial amount of areola to be able to remove.  Hope this helps.

From the photographs, it seems that your areolas are not that generous when compared to your nipples; have you considered reducing your nipple first to see if you like that look? The reason for this recommendation is that healing from nipple reduction is much better than the areola reduction which is associated with poor scarring.
