As always, a face to face consult with a certified plastic surgeon is recommended, however both the asymmetry and nipple deformity can be corrected. The asymmetry of your breasts may be corrected with either using two different size implants or by reducing the larger breast. The nipple deformity correction may be done at the same time or on its own under local anesthesia.

You should discuss the correction with a board certified plastic surgeon who may offer one or more solutions.  Ask about breast feeding since this may be difficult or impossible after re-arranging the nipple tissue. Good luck.
