After the first injection, I used suction cups for the first two weeks as suggested by my doctor and they were flat again. I went back six months later and had the second injections but had him cut the right nipple because that one in particular inverted when I raised my arm. That helped with the inversion but both nipples are basically flat and I again have to use the suction cups to make them protrude and it is now uncomfortable. Is there a implant that would work? What would you recommend?

Answer: Treatment of flat nipples This is most likely a variant of inverted nipples. It is important to understand how this occurs so that you can comprehend the treatment needed.Inverted nipples are due to traction (pull) of the ducts of the nipples -- they actually pull the nipple inwards. Fat injections simply are not the answer. Treatment usually requires cutting the dusts so that the nipple can be everted. I have developed my own personal technique for this problem. Answer: Inverted nipples Inverted nipples can be tricky to treat, and the suction cup in particular doesn't have a brilliant success rate. In my experience, the most effective corrective method is piecing, followed at a distance by the classic surgical correction. You can find more information at the link below.
