I know this isn't the typical plastic surgery question but I got my nipple pierced about a month ago. My nipples have always been sensitive and my nipples were super sensitive only about 2 days after getting them pierced, and then the sensitivity completely vanished. I took out my piercing with the hope that the sensitivity would come back, but it hasn't. Will my sensitivity ever return? If so, how long will it take? What's the probability that it will return?

You do seem to have inverted nipples, which can be treated in a variety of ways, but not with implants. My personal recommended procedure is a medical piercing. Please see the link below for more information.
Many thanks for your suggestion.I am unaware of any topical products that can alter the colour of your nipple. I would recommend medical tattooing to achieve the colour change you're looking for.I do hope this helps
