Cleaning nose with alcohol and peroxide and 2% saliycic acid post op Rhinoplasty. Any suggestions?

HELPPPP! I have been using an eye dropper to put drops of water over my nose, sometimes peroxide, alchohol 2% salyiclic acid to cleans my skin-I am too afraid to touch it, then I dab with a napkin very gently... does the pressure of the drops affect anything? how about using the above mentioned on my nose, is that okay???? I had osteotomy, tip grafts and septoplasty with my rhino.... my skin is super thick with hardened oil and I don't know what to do but did I damage anything??
