Is there anything else I can do to help with bruising in both armpits after BA? (photos)

Bruising is normal and to be expected following any surgery.  Some individuals have no bruising, some have a little, and some have quite a bit; it is unpredictable. Your bruising appears to be dissipating.  If it does not fade within two weeks, phone your plastic surgeon's office.

However you mentioned you’re already on multiple treatment forms for bruising. At this point, I suggest you continue doing what you’re doing but also discuss Your concerns with your plastic surgeon after a physical examination.

Significant bruising after breast augmentation is unusual, but is very common after liposuction.  Bruising generally takes 10 days or so to resolve.  The purple will turn yellow-green and then go away.  There is nothing that really speeds up the process.

It sounds like you are doing most of the recommended treatments for bruising. The bruising will resolve over time and is very common after the liposuction. Congratulations on your procedure!

Firstly congratulations on your recent surgery - I am sure you will have a great result.
Regarding your bruising - you seem to be doing all the right stuff. It will ultimately settle as would any other bruise you sustain.
If there is any undue swelling in the area then for peace of mind arrange for your Board certified Plastic surgeon that performed your operation to check that there is no haematoma (collection of blood).

I'm sorry to hear about your bruising after surgery. Bruising is very common after liposuction, particularly in the thin skin of the armpit area. It sounds like you are already taking several supplements that help speed the resolution of ecchymoses, or bruises. Believe it or not, fresh pineapples (not the juice - whole fruit) also contain an enzyme that help break down the pigmented molecules that cause discoloration. 
However, your photos show that your bruises are already changing color - in a few days, they will likely be gone!
