Hello! I received my breast augmentation (385cc, HP, Dual Plane Inspira Responsive) with some liposuction in both armpits. My right armpit is bruising horribly, I’ve been taking arnica, tumeric and bromelaine as well as applying arnica topically- is there anything else I can do to help with the bruising?
