Will chin lipo benefit me? (Photo)

Question

Ive bad doctors tell me a chin implant won’t work for me bc if the angle of my jaw. They said it’d cause me to look like a witch. So what will help to give me more distance between my neck and chin while also defining my jawline/structure more? I’m looking for a permanent solution so filler is not an option… please help!

In your photos you have a shallow mentolabial fold and small chin. A small chin implant would give you added projection and definition. I don't think liposuction will provide much benefit.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from chin liposuction. The Side profile photographs demonstrate a recessive chin profile, and only a small amount fat deposits in your neck. A chin implant can accomplish augmenting your chin forward for better structural support for the soft tissues in the neck. Liposuction will only be of minimal benefit, since you don't have much fat in your neck to start with. Both procedures can be performed under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure.

We really need quality pictures to make an assessment. The head needs to be completely straight with profile and frontal pictures taken straight on. Look at quality plastic surgery pictures of facial work and how plastic surgeons take facial before and after pictures to get an idea.
Most likely the body of your mandible is small and a jaw advancement is probably the correct procedure and not a chin implant or sliding genioplasty. Your chin has the appropriate shape but your jaw lacks forwards projection. I’m guessing you also have a dental overbite occlusion and on profile pictures your upper lip most likely projects more than your lower lip. liposuction works well in this area on individuals who have enough fat to remove it. for individuals who have thin layers of fat there’s a little point in doing Liposuction. You should also recognize that the primary problem is based on facial skeletal structure not fat distribution.
Any attempt of treating this with soft tissue manipulation will give a partial improvement at best.
Consider having a few consultations with local oral surgeons. They seem to understand aesthetics in regards to facial skeletal structure a little better than plastic surgeons who tend to be more soft tissue oriented.
The exception would be plastic surgeons with craniofacial surgical training background.
