Am I a good candidate for Chin Liposuction? (Photo)

A non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from chin lipo. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Liposuction Will be an ineffective because most of the fat deposits in your neck are located below the muscle which was going to require a surgical Neck lift to remove both compartments of fan above and below the muscle in addition to a platysma-plasty. Also consider placement of a chin implant to augment your chin forward

Facial aesthetics and contour is primarily based on bone structure. This is especially true for young people. If the issue isn’t a lower 1/3 of the face and neck then the problem is related to the mandible.
Your mandible has a pointed mental region in other words your chin projects and his pointed but the body of the mandible is lacking in size. this causes the origin of the platysma to start much closer to your neck and the platysma muscle drapes your neck in a more oblique fashion. Your fat distribution is normal and that is not the underlying cause of why your neck looks the way it does.
That said well done Liposuction can give excellent jawline definition and improved double chins in some people. Especially young people who are a little pudgy.
To get a formal assessment I suggest consulting with oral surgeons or plastic surgeons with cranial facial surgery backgrounds.
We’re looking for a soft tissue solution to treat a skeletal issue don’t expect more than partial improvements.
