Hello Doctors! I'm a 32 year old woman who is at a healthy and stable weight. Even when I was underweight, I have never been happy with my jawline, especially my profile view. My chin connects straight to my neck and slopes downward, I am looking for a tight jawline with a more pleasing angle up under my chin. It runs in my family. Would Chin Liposuction be able to fix this issue? Thank you!

Answer: Recommend doing Ultherapy to help give you a lift and morpheus8 to help slim the face and define the neck
This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
Lipo foams help evenly distribute the compression so it's beneficial to use them under your garment; not many patients decide to add them since they are bulky and add volume to the area but if you do not mind that they will definitely help your healing.
It's difficult to say without the benefit of a formal evaluation. This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
