You do have  a good result from what I see. If you want to get your sides reduced either liposuction or extending the incision are the options. Extending the incision would work better but the scar would need to be two inches or more on each side. The good thing is either can be done under local anesthesia with minimal recovery.

Liposuction may be worth trying, because you can always get additional skin excision at a later date if needed.
