I had a TT 16 month ago after weight loss, and mostly love the results. I was told I didn't need additional lipo at the time but now I feel my "muffin top" or flank area is so prominent. I went back and the Dr said nothing could be done except extending TT all the way around the back. He advised against it. He said lipo would leave loose skin I'd hate and I should be happy with the results. I felt brushed off and the post surgery treatment has not been good so I am not wanting to go to back to him
