Great question. Thank you for your pictures. Based on your images, it appears you may benefit from liposuction and perhaps a tummy tuck procedure. Please visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed surgical plan to achieve your desired results. 

Based on these photos, a combination of revision abdominoplasty (lower abdomen skin tightening including "C" scar) with aggressive liposuction of abdomen, lower back and flanks would be suggested procedure. In person evaluation is recommended. Good luck.

Dear Nadine,  Thanks for posting your pictures, though a side view picture would have been helpful. Congrats on your baby.   From observing your front picture, your stomach looks fine, though, side view might reveal muscles laxity. If the stomach is real flat, all you need is aggressive liposuction for the abdomen, hips, waists and  flanks. I use 11 small incision from multiple direction in order to achieve optimal result.  As far as your C section scar, it can be revised at the same time.   Always, consult with experience board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures of liposuction in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with elimination of the skin fold in the back.                          Best of luck,                                             Dr Widder

It is hard to tell for sure without an examination, but you might benefit from back and flanks liposuction. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
