Will an extended tummy tuck with lipo to flanks and bra rolls finally give me that snatched and small waistline? (photos)

Hello and thank you for your question and sharing your photos. I believe you benefit from a revision tummy tuck and 360 liposuction of your abdomen and flanks. During tummy tuck, extra skin in the lower half of your abdomen including the
stretch marks will be removed. In addition, typically the fascial
laxity/separation of recti muscles will be taken care of by muscle plication,
giving you a flat abdomen. The added liposuction of your hips/flanks will
help with creating a natural and aesthetic waistline. Incision can be placed
very low to be hidden under bikini. With proper surgical technique, belly
button can be designed to  be a true 'innie'. Recovery from tummy
tuck is 1-2 weeks. Strenuous activity and lifting heavy weights should be
avoided 6 weeks to 3 months post op. I would seek consultation with a

You have several issues now.  You definitely have excess fat of your abdomen, sides and back.  This may be addressed with just liposuction alone.  If your belly still has loose skin, then yes, a tummy tuck or extended abdominoplasty may benefit you.You must have internal fat (visceral fat) which would require weight loss to reduce the pressure in your abdomen and flatten the front of your stomach.Anyone who dies not discuss diet and exercise with you is also doing you a disservice.Dr T
