5 months ago I received an Abdominoplasty with muscle repair. I absolutely love my results except for the slight laxity and bulge on my upper abdomen. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Answer: How can I fix this upper abdominal bulge 5 months post abdominoplasty? Hello and thank you for your question and sharing your photos. A physical examination is needed to establish the cause the bulge, which could be residual fat pockets or muscle weakness, etc. I can't be sure but it looks like this is only some extra fat that can be taken care of with a revision liposuction. See your plastic surgeon for an evaluation and advice. I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Answer: How to fix your upper abdomen If there is muscle laxity, the only way to fix this is with more tightening, which would require quite a large surgery. If there is a little excess fat in that area, liposuction may improve the visual effect of the fullness. in fact, maybe liposuction is the dominant reason you have that bulge. That would be easy to fix. Check this out with your plastic surgeon.

Answer: Bulge after TT Hi fgigI suggest that you go to your ps and get examined to determine the exact cause of the bulge. I think with a little bit of luck, it can be resolved with liposuction.Best to you.sek

Answer: Ultra High Definition Tummy Tuck Hi, thank you for your question. If you wish to address the issue in the upper abdomen you will likely need an ultra high definition tummy tuck. Furthermore, this procedure is paired with abdominal etching to tie everything together and create a pleasing aesthetic. Renuvion skin tightening can also be used to address the slight skin laxity. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
