Why are my eyes and eyebrows different shapes and sizes?

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. People with droopy or sagging brows can have a sad, angry, or tired appearance; a brow lift can make that person look more happy and energetic.

There is no need to feel overly self-conscious; the asymmetry in your eyebrows and eyes is barely noticeable in the photos you provided and is well within the range of normal. Except perhaps for some super models, no one is born with a perfectly symmetrical face. If you'd like to look more balanced, this can be achieved with an eyebrow lift and/or blepharoplasty. Thank you for your question. Take comfort knowing that nobody has a perfectly symmetrical face, and eyebrow asymmetry is common. Brow lift and blepharoplasty can create more symmetry so I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to determine your candidacy and treatment plan.

No one is perfectly symmetric. That is what gives our faces character. If you duplicate each half of your face, flip the images so that they are identical right sided and left sided, then look at the two new pictures...they look like two different people all together. That said, it looks like your right brow is lower than the left. I would try a little botox on the right to see if you can get the brow to elevate. That would be cheap and simple if it works well.

Everyone has some degree of facial asymmetry which Includes the eyelids, the eyebrows, the eye sockets, the cheeks and the mandible. That's what makes everyone unique.  A brow lift procedure can accomplish not only lifting the eyebrows but making them more symmetrical. A blepharoplasty procedure can accomplish making the eyelids look more symmetrical by removal of a differential amount of skin and fat.
