Make face look happier?

jantwi
I am sick of how disproportionate my face is. I constantly get comments on how sad/angry I look (even when I'm feeling alright!) and I believe it's because my face has a naturally resting "sad" structure. I really want to fix this but need suggestions on what I can do in order to make my face look a little happier at a resting state. I was thinking a brow lift might help? Please advise
