Are my implants dropping too fast? (Photos)

However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD

Your breasts look very normal.  Everyone heals differently.  It is quite unlikely that they will bottom out, just because of how they look today.  Try not to overthink or over analyse anything at this stage & be happy, as you say you are.  Regards

Based on the photo, you are healing well and do not seem to be bottoming out. You are still early in the healing process and you will still see significant improvements in the coming months. Usually, at 3 months, you will see almost the final appearance and will then be able to decide whether or not to have revision surgery. The best resource of information would be your board certified plastic surgeon as he/she knows your condition best.

You look perfect but if you are concerned, you can ask your plastic surgeon to prescribe a well fit underwire bar to hold everything in place until final healing at 3-4 months.
