Can people with Hypothyroidism get fillers?

In my opinion, the problem is not the hypothyroidism but the recent Graves disease. This condition is a immune disease and can potentially increase the risk of complications of fillers injections(reaction to the product). To be safe, I will recommend you to talk to your endocrinologist. He will probably suggest to postpone for few months the filler treatment. But on the long run, hypothyroidism is not a problem if the condition is well controlled. Good luck!

i dont see any reason that there would be an issue. Be sure that you have had your levels checked and that you are under good control prior to the fillers. Good luck

Yes, I do a lot of patients with hypothyroidism. I don't think the healing should be a problem; considering fillers being a less invasive procedure.
However, doing fillers under your eyes can sometimes lead to water retention and people with hypothyroidism can have puffiness around eyes. It is preferable to do fillers in small sessions near eyes to balance out the effect of water retention.
