Had a revision rhinoplasty about a year and a half ago. Surgery was done was open rhinoplasty. After all this time my tip is extremely bulbous and hanging down which was my problem in the first place. Post up it looks different but still horrible! Could it still get better with time ( since it was revision I heard it takes longer ) and could steroidal injection help at this point .
