Hi there. I had my rhino 15 months ago in LA to fix my columella and give me a slope (and fix deviated septum). Over past 15 months the columella has dropped considerably. I’m wondering if it needs to be raised more. I have a naturally high tip, so I’m not sure it’s going to suit me if it’s raised higher.
