Feeling tired and fatigued after rhinoplasty. Will this improve with some time?

I had a rhinoseptoplasty 5 months ago, and since then, i get very tired and fatigued near the afternoon. I had some blood work done, and everything is fine. I should also mention i have ulcerative colitis. Will this improve with time? thank you

Sometimes the soft tissue can be resected in areas such as the nasal base or the nostrils to thin a nose. But typically the skin of the nose does not need to be resected because it will contract after surgery and conform to the underlying bony and cartilage framework.
