How can I tighten loose skin after CoolSculpting? (Photos)

Based on your photos, you are a candidate for at tummy tuck. Non surgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. However, non-invasive skin tightening can be done with a combination of vanquish, venus legacy, exilis, celllutone/Zwave. For best results, a tummy tuck procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. While there are some non-surgical treatments marketed as skin tightening procedures, they do not produce results comparable to what you would see from a tummy tuck. CoolSculpting®, however, may stimulate some skin tightening, depending on the degree of laxity you have. That said, you could have the CoolSculpting® treatment, and then decide whether saving up for a tummy tuck might be worth it for you. Be sure to have your CoolSculpting® done by a trained technician.

Hello, Thank you for your question and pictures. Treatments like Profound and Ulthera may help to tighten and lift the area. However in time you may still end up needing a tummy tuck for complete tightening results. Good luck! 

You are correct in that abdominoplasty is your best option for the loose skin on your lower abdomen . It will provide you the best abdominal contouring. Coolsculpting to transformation would require multiple applications .It can sometimes be more expensive than an abdominoplasty in certain patients . An evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended.

There are laser and energy based technologies to tighten skin including lasers, radiofrequency and focused ultrasound.  Unfortunately, to date, none of these technologies can approach the amount of tightening that can be accomplished with  surgery.   Please consider this as you might wish to wait for a definitive surgery when it is affordable for you.  
In my experience if the skin quality and elasticity of the abdomen is good, without stretch marks, etc, sometimes coolsculpting, and to a greater extent, liposuction, can stimulate a small amount of tissue tightening.  After coolsculpting the tissue can contract a bit,  usually between two and four months after a procedure.  Your physician is correct to be concerned that the degree of tissue contraction might not meet your expectations.

To remove skin looseness you can consider either a tummy tuck or Cool helium Plasma skin tightening. Which you choose is based on the texture of the loos skin. A consultation with a plastic surgeon would be very helpful.
